Shipping policy

Naylo Mall delivers across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery.

1. Delivery charges

• Rs. 200 flat delivery charge on every order.
• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 and above.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days after confirmation. Remote areas may take a little longer. Orders are not delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Order confirmation

After you place a Cash on Delivery order, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable so your order isn't delayed.

4. Courier and tracking

Orders are shipped with PostEx. Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking number on WhatsApp or by email.

5. Payment on delivery

Please keep the exact amount ready and pay the rider when your parcel arrives.

6. Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy for details.
